With Contract Services, Avensys and the company agree on rate and an expected duration of the contract. Once the contract is started, Avensys handles all human resource functions including payroll generation and distribution, necessary training, payroll tax, state and federal reporting requirements and employer related insurance administration.

Contract-to-Hire

Contract-to-Hire Services are very similar to Contract Services with the exception that it is normally the intention of the company to hire the Avensys consultant at some point in the future. Contract-to-Hire Services give the company the ability and flexibility to monitor and test the work performance of a Consultant prior to making a formal offer of employment. This service will help the company not only to evaluate the technical skills but also the soft skill of the consultant including whether the consultant understand and blend with the culture, policies of the company.

With Contract-to-Hire Services, Avensys and the company agree on a rate for the Contract period, the date the Consultant will be converted to a regular employee of the company, a minimum duration the Consultant must work as a Avensys Consultant prior to conversion, and/or a conversion fee which is payable to Avensys once the Consultant is actually converted to regular employee status with the company. If the company does not find the consultant suitable to be converted under the company payroll, the company can either continue with the contract or request for a replacement.
